Field Standard collects the information you choose to submit using this website.
Email updates
When you opt in, we save your email address, the consent text and the date of your request to manage Field Standard updates. You can unsubscribe by replying to an update or choosing “Unsubscribe or delete my data” in our contact form. Each update must include that option.
Contact messages
We save your name, email, selected topic and message so we can respond. A contact message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Storage and service providers
Submissions are stored on our hosting account and notifications are sent through our hosting email service. Our hosting and email providers process that information to operate these services. We do not sell your contact details. This site does not add advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
Abuse prevention
The form handler temporarily stores a hash of your network address to limit automated submissions. Expired rate-limit records are removed on the next accepted form-processing attempt after the hour changes. Hosting providers may separately retain ordinary access logs.
Your requests
Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or removal from updates. We retain submissions while needed to handle your request or maintain your subscription; you can ask us to remove them.
